Privacy Policy

InstaGrow AI Pro (“we”, “us”) is operated by Zorvix, an individual-run venture based in India. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and who we share it with.
1. What we collect
- Account details — your email address and password, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth).
- IP address at signup — recorded once when you create an account and used only for anti-fraud and duplicate-account detection (our signup-bonus abuse prevention).
- Content you provide — videos you upload to Caption Studio or the Reel Analyzer, and the text, topics, and prompts you enter for the Create and Reel Kit tools.
- Instagram account data — if you connect your Instagram account, we collect your Instagram Business account’s profile info (username, profile picture, account type) and performance insights (follower count, reach, engagement, and similar public/professional metrics) via Meta’s Instagram API, so we can build your Media Kit.
- Usage data — your credit balance and generation history, which we need to run the product.
2. How we use it
We use your data to operate your account, process your generations (scripts, captions, hashtags, hooks, thumbnails, and video captions), prevent signup-bonus abuse, and process payments for credit purchases.
3. Third parties we share data with
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- Razorpay — payment processing. Card, UPI, and bank details are entered directly with Razorpay; we never see or store them.
- Google (Gemini API) — generates your scripts, captions, hashtags, hooks, and thumbnail images, and powers the Reel Analyzer’s analysis.
- Groq — transcribes the audio of videos you upload to Caption Studio and the Reel Analyzer (using a Whisper speech-to-text model).
- Meta (Instagram API) — when you connect your Instagram account, we request an access token from Meta to read your Instagram Business profile and insights on your behalf. We do not share your InstaGrow AI data (email, generations, credits, etc.) with Meta beyond what’s required to operate the connection.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. Instagram platform data
If you use the “Connect Instagram” feature, here’s specifically what happens with your Instagram data:
- What we access — your Instagram Business account’s profile info and insights, via the
instagram_business_basicandinstagram_business_manage_insightspermissions granted through Meta’s OAuth flow. - Why — solely to generate your Media Kit inside InstaGrow AI Pro. We don’t use this data for any other purpose, and we don’t sell it or share it with advertisers.
- Storage — we store your Instagram access token and the profile/insights data needed to render your Media Kit. Insights are cached and refreshed periodically rather than fetched on every page load.
- Retention — this data is kept only as long as your Instagram account stays connected.
- Deletion — you can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from your Profile page inside InstaGrow AI Pro, which immediately deletes the stored connection and cached data. You can also revoke access directly from Instagram/ Facebook’s “Apps and websites” settings — doing so notifies us automatically and we delete your data the same way. You can also email zorvixsupport@gmail.com to request deletion.
5. Data retention
Your uploaded content and generation history are kept for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, or deletion of, your data by emailing zorvixsupport@gmail.com.
7. Cookies and local storage
We store a session token (Supabase Auth) in your browser to keep you logged in. We do not use non-essential or advertising cookies.
8. Children
InstaGrow AI Pro is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
