Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of InstaGrow AI Pro. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. The service is operated by Zorvix, an individual-run venture based in India.
1. The service
InstaGrow AI Pro provides AI-assisted Instagram growth tools — script, caption, hashtag, and hook generation, a Reel Kit generator, thumbnail generation, a Reel Analyzer, and Caption Studio (AI video auto-subtitling).
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
3. Credits
New accounts start with 5 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased through Razorpay. Generating content consumes credits. Purchased credits are non-refundable once bought, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Signup bonus and abuse
The free signup bonus is limited to one per person / identity. It may be withheld, at our discretion, for accounts detected as duplicates (for example, Gmail dot or alias variations of the same inbox) or as excessive signups from the same network. This does not block you from creating an account or using the service — only the free bonus is affected.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use.
- Do not generate content for illegal, hateful, harassing, or deceptive purposes.
- Do not attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit the credits system.
6. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You own the output generated for you, subject to the underlying rights in whatever you provided — for example, uploading someone else’s copyrighted video does not give you the right to commercially exploit the captioned output.
7. Service availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uptime, and features may change or be removed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
